Set Your Scope With A Red Dot Sight From Red-i-Laser

Would it not be grand if you could set your rifle’s scope or crosshairs with a red dot sight that shines a laser through the barrel in the exact spot where the live round would hit?  You can, with Red-i-Laser’s innovate Red-i unit.  Set your sights easily, precisely and noiselessly without having to use live ammunition, saving you time and money.

It is very easy to install the Red-i red dot sight and the instructions are repeated on our website as well, for your perusal.  First insert the Red-i unit into the magazine or directly into the chamber by hand.  Close the bolt without forcing it; this will activate the unit and it will emit a red laser beam through the barrel.  To see the red dot clearly in bright sunlight, aim for a shaded or fluorescent target that is about 25m away from you.  Carefully note the position of the red laser dot in relation to the crosshairs.  If the laser dot is in the exact position as memorised, the rifle is zeroed at that specific shooting distance.

The Red-i unit is a high-precision optical instrument and care should be taken not to drop it onto a hard surface.  Its internal laser is carefully aligned with the dimensions of its outer cartridge during manufacture on our patented Center Jig, so it should be handled with care.  After use, always return it to the provided belt pouch or the original package case.  If you have zeroed the rifle with Red-i, yet you find that the grouping is still off-centre when shooting with live ammunition, it does not mean that your Red-i unit is not working correctly.  It could be that you rifle’s chamber is not perfectly aligned with the barrel centre.
